Ken
D. Blaisdell, CPA, has been providing consulting and tax planning services
since 1981. Having worked for the international CPA firms of Ernst &
Young and Deloitte & Touche, Ken has structured transactions for many
high-exposure clients, as well as small privately owned businesses.
Ken specializes in
tax planning and consulting related to such areas as real estate transactions,
partnerships, corporate mergers and acquisitions, and compensation structures.
He has experience in estate planning as well as international tax matters,
and has served as an expert witness before the Los Angeles and Orange
County Superior Courts.
Ken received his Bachelor
of Science and Master's degree in Tax Accounting from Brigham Young University
in 1981, and has lectured and taught classes related to various tax issues
since that time.
