Jonathan is the Senior Principal and owner of the company. He has practiced as a CPA since 1975, graduating from the University of Southern California and was a partner with Arthur Andersen & Company before starting his own practice in 1981.

Jonathan has extensive experience in all levels of clientele, from individuals to the large publicly held corporations. In addition to servicing the needs of his ongoing tax & accounting clientele, he has handled various levels of specialized tax planning associated with selling or buying a business, formation of entity, and preparing for initial public offerings.
