Senior Staff CPA
Senior staff CPAs are responsible for the clients assigned to them, including client contact. Senior staff generally work in all areas; accounting & auditing, tax and litigation support. They assist in developing solutions for client problems. They assume full responsibility for selected engagements, including development of work programs and work on research assignments. Senior staff are expected to train, supervise and motivate the staff members assigned to engagements. They prepare more complex income tax returns and review selected income tax returns.

Employment criteria:

• College graduate with a concentration in accounting or 2 to 4 years experience
• Hold a Certified Public Accountant license in Alaska
• High level of intelligence, integrity, honesty, motivation and aptitude for the profession
• Proficient in computer skills
• Demonstrate an ability to develop and retain clients
• 32 hour work week during the summer and up to 50 hours during tax season.
• TRAVEL IS NOT REQUIRED
