Ms. Se is a Principal heading the Nonprofit Practice Group, Audit Division at Vasquez & Company LLP. She has over 20 years of public accounting experience for organizations operating in the fields of health care, education, community service and government. Her public accounting experience also includes compilation and review engagements for small businesses, individuals, partnerships, and corporations. She provides leadership, development and training for staff in these fields. She enjoyed long associations with local CPA firms in Santa Monica and Glendale California. She also gained auditing experience while working with Ernst & Young, Philippines. Ms. Se has developed methods of efficient cost control, effective internal control and tax strategies that resulted in significant revenue increases for a number of companies.

Ms. Se graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, Major in Accounting from De La Salle University, Manila, Philippines. Ms. Se is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of California and the Philippines. She is the founder and president of the International Society of Young Filipino Accountants (ISYFA). She also continues memberships with the National Latina Business Women Association, American Society of Women Accountants and the National CPA Health Care Advisors Association.
