| Responsibilities: | Working on audits of municipalities, school districts, not-for profits, and commercial entities, preparing financial statements, and working on tax preparation and related accounting. |
| Requirements: | Candidate should possess 4 year degree and should be a CPA/eligible, with two to four years public accounting experience. Experience with auditing governmental entities or not-for-profit organization is a plus. |
Tax Preparer
| Responsibilities: | Tax preparation for the seasonal tax season. |
| Requirements: | Candidate must demonstrate 3-5 years of experience in preparation of individual and small business tax returns in a computer based environment. |
Internship Opportunities
Vig & Associates, LLC has internships available for the coming busy season
( January 1 through the end of May.) The internship allows the intern to experience all the aspects of public accounting in an open and friendly environment. The internship involves working on audit teams for a wide variety of clients. The audit teams do have day travel associated with them. The intern will also assist on tax preparation.
